The Lambert Lady Longhorn Golf Team competed in the Gwinnett Open at Chateau Elan (Chateau Course) on Saturday 3/10. The format of this tournament was a Modified Stableford Scoring (Points) and the team scored +75 points on the day, good for a 3rd place finish.
Senior Kate Owens scored +31 Points for the day, Sharon Mun +24, Morgan Boutwell +20, and Rachel Burrell +7.
The Lady Longhorns will have a busy week and be back in action on Tuesday 3/13 for a 9 hole match at Laurel Springs vs. Forsyth Central. Thursday 3/15, will be a 9 hole match at CC of the South vs. Johns Creek. Saturday 3/17 will be the Dalton Lady Cat Invitational.
