Lambert Girls Start 2018 Season @ Red Ryder Cup in Jekyll Island

The Lambert Girls Golf Team began its 2018 season at the Red Ryder Cup in Jekyll Island on Saturday.  The format of the tournament was a scramble.  Team #1 of Kate Owens and Morgan Boutwell combined to shoot a 5 under par 67, which earned them a 2nd place tie.  The Freshman duo of Sharon Mun and Elise He combined to shoot a 2 under par 70.  Overall, it was a good weekend in Jekyll Island and to kick off the new season.

Next Saturday, the Lady Longhorns will be competing in the Ladies Gwinnett Open at Chateau Elan.  They will tee off at 8:00 am.
